#RhodeIsland vapers can breath a partial sigh of relief, it seems. HB 7021 has been “held for further study” by the committee. Of course, there’s still no state-wide ban on sales to minors but, at least #vaping didn’t get more difficult for adults.
Meanwhile, HB 7133 still includes an excessive tax on electronic cigarettes. RI Residents should still follow the CASAA Call to action (http://blog.casaa.org/2014/01/call-to-action-rhode-island-bill-sets.html) and express oppostion to this bill (http://cqrcengage.com/casaa/app/write-a-letter?0&engagementId=49531).

Similarly, the song remains the same in #NewJersey. Let’s round out the roster of NJ Senators and let them know how destructive a punitive tax on #ecigs would be.
