Rumor has it that Pennsylvania is next in line to consider taxing #ecigs (and smokeless tobacco) at a punitive rate.  Although PA schools desperately need the money, it shouldn’t come at the expense of ex smokers.  Let’s reach out to some PA State Senators and let them know that punishing people for making #SmokeFree choices is counterproductive.

ICYMI, #NewJersey has more than one anti-#vaping bill moving through the legislature.  A.1080 is an expansion of a public use ban that would include municipal, county, and state parks & beaches.  It also stipulates that no more than 15% of the aforementioned park or beach be designated for smoking.

Let’s reach out to NJ Senators again and urge them to oppose this bill.
