Massachusetts is on a mission to “update their tobacco laws”.  And well they should - there is still no state law prohibiting sales of e-cigarettes to minors.  However, H.3726 would, through procedural wizardry, redefine “smoking” to include the use of #Ecigs which would subject vaping to existing indoor usage bans intended for smoking.  Surely, MA legislators can find a more appropriate way to update their tobacco regs without throwing ex-smokers under the bus.
