#California SB.648 is back. Although heavily amended, it still has the potential to do harm. In it’s current form, the bill confuses the definition of a #smokefree #ecig with a combustible cigarette. There is concern that this wording could open the door to more destructive legislation down the line. Additionally, the current bill could be amended “in the 11th hour” to include such language.
Let’s reach out to the CA GO Committee again and urge them to oppose this bill:
