The #NewJersey Senate Committee on Health will be hearing testimony today on multiple bills that threaten awareness of and access to electronic cigarettes.  What the legislature seems unaware of is that New Jersey has already told smokers that they might as well keep smoking.  They managed to send that message 4 years ago when they included “electronic smoking devices” in the state’s indoor clean air act.

Let’s remind them of how harmful their actions have been:
