I hope everyone is having a relaxing holiday weekend.  As we pause to remember our fallen soldiers, it seems appropriate that we take part in the democratic process they fought to protect.
That having been said, the #NorthCarolina Senate Finance Cmte. has scheduled a hearing for Tomorrow (yes, the day after the holiday) in which they will likely be voting on an RJR supported “Vapor Tax”.  Let’s reach out to NC Senators and help them understand that a #SinTax on #ECigs is punitive and sends the message to smokers that they might as well keep smoking.

An Update on AB1500 - It's Dead.
Congrats ‪#‎CaliVapers‬ & Thanks for Standing Up!


CASAA Has updated the California Call to Action: http://blog.casaa.org/2014/03/call-to-action-california-ban-on.html
AB 1500 is still alive and still threatens adult access to electronic cigarettes.  If you are a California Resident, please follow the call to action and reach out to the Assembly Appropriations Cmte. by Friday.

Let’s continue down the roster of NJ Senators and fill them in on the latest study from the UK that shows #ECigs to be hugely more successful than “established” cessation products for helping smokers quit smoking!

Well, the news out of #NewJersey isn’t great but, it’s not ALL Bad.  There were at least a few senators on the Health Cmte that raised serious doubts about both of the Anti-Vaping bills being considered today.
Senator Ronald Rice - SenRice@njleg.org, Senator Diane Allen - SenAllen@njleg.org, & Senator Robert Singer - SenSinger@njleg.org All voiced serious concerns with not only the bills on the table but the supporting testimony as well.
If you have a moment, drop them a “Thank You” for standing up for Vapers and Future ExSmokers.
