ICYMI: 29 Attorneys General submitted a comment to the FDA docket for the deeming regulations. They feel the proposed rule doesn’t go far enough. Well, if you’ve been paying attention, you’d know that the deeming regs will relieve the legal market of 99% of the currently available products.
